These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of The Market Decoder (the "Product"), a digital workbook sold by Wealthy Minds HQ Ltd (company number 13036208, registered in England and Wales), trading as "The Market Decoder" ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Product
The Market Decoder is a downloadable PDF workbook providing a step-by-step AI-powered market research process. The Product is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute business, financial, legal, or professional advice.
2. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns, chargebacks, billing, and tax compliance. Payment terms, billing, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to our Refund Policy.
3. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to download, store, and use the Product for your own individual or single-business use.
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Product;
- upload it to a public website, file-sharing service, or AI training corpus;
- remove or alter any copyright or branding notices.
4. Intellectual Property
The Product and all related content (text, graphics, structure, prompts, branding) are owned by Wealthy Minds HQ Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Product for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- commit fraud, infringe third-party rights, or send spam in connection with the Product;
- attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of our systems (including scraping, probing, or distributing malware).
6. No Warranty / Results Disclaimer
The Product is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that using it will produce any particular business, revenue, or marketing result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. AI Tools
The Product describes workflows that use third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT and Perplexity. You are responsible for your own use of those tools, for verifying any outputs they produce, and for complying with their respective terms of service. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Product or breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or revoke access to the Product if you materially breach these Terms, including unauthorised distribution or fraudulent activity.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
